Buyer's Premium: Bidders acknowledge and agree to an 18% Buyers Premium, which will be added to all winning bids. The winning bidder is responsible for paying the Buyers Premium as part of the total cost.
Sales Tax: All sales are subject to a 6% PA Sales Tax unless the auction company has a valid Tax Exemption Form on file for the bidder. Bidders who have a Tax Exemption Cert MUST FILL OUT A PA SALE TAX EXEMPT FORM . WE MUST HAVE A COPY OF BOTH ON FILE PRIOR TO THE END OF THE AUCTION WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE EXEMPT UNLESS THIS IS COMPLETE Please Email both to asauctionco@gmail.com.
Payment and Invoicing: All items must be paid in full on the day after the auction or at pick up. Failure to make payment may result in the auction company voiding any unpaid invoices and banning the bidder from future auctions. Payments will be processed directly through HiBid unless otherwise specified.
All Sales Final: Once an item is sold, all sales are final. Lots may not be returned or refunded for any reason. The auction company assumes no responsibility for any items once they have been sold.
