Auction Terms: 10% Buyers Premium for vehicles only. A $515 Deposit per vehicle will be charged to your credit card on file at the close of the auction. All other items: 13% Buyers Premium for all other items which will be charged to your card on file at the close of the auction. Vehicles ONLY: Winning bidders will have s $515 deposit charged to your credit card on file ($500 payment deposit plus $15 fee). 10% Buyers Premium for Vehicles, balance due in CASH, certified funds or wire transfer within 24 hours of auction close. Sales tax will be paid directly to PennDOT at the time of title transfer for Pennsylvania residents. NOTE: Credit Card payments will not be accepted for full payment on vehicles. $515 deposit only on credit card, balance due in CASH or certified funds for vehicle purchases. No titles will be released until funds are cleared. Items must be paid for within 24 hours of Auction close. NOTE: If your credit card is not valid or we are not able to charge the deposit, YOUR ITEM or ITEMS PURCHASED WILL BE FORFEITED, you will go on record with all of our bidding platforms including Bidwrangler, Hibid, Proxibid and the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association as a non paying bidder and will be banned from participating in future auctions.
