You are responsible for any equipment that needs to be taking apart. We will have workers onsite to help load things but you are responsible for all disassembly and removal.
The credit card that you register with will be billed immediately after the auction closes.
If your card is declined you will have 48 hours to pay your invoice or all of your bids will be canceled and you will no longer be able to bid on our auctions.
Load Out Days:
Friday Dec. 27th 9am-4pm
Saturday Dec. 28th 9am-1pm
Sunday Dec. 29th 9am-1pm
Monday Dec. 30th 9am-5pm
NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE LOAD OUT DAYS. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY THE END OF MONDAY DEC. 30th WILL BE DISPOSED OF AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.

There will be no other forms of payment for this auction.
Shipping is available on most smaller items. An item will be labeled with “shipping available” if we are willing to ship it.
You will be billed separately for shipping once we ship it and determine the price we will bill your card on file. Some of the items that are harder to ship may take longer to get boxed up. Please be patient.
10% Buyers fee on all items.
All bidding must be done online.
All Items Sold AS/IS No Refunds or Returns
This auction will end on Thursday Dec. 19th starting at 6 PM. (Starting with Lot # 1 and then every 15 seconds the following lot will end.)
YOUR BID IS A LEGAL CONTRACT: As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. The Owner/Sellers of property sold through this Site reserve the right to reject any and all bids, in their sole discretion.
