ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS WHERE-IS unless specific factory or seller issued warranties are listed in the item description. Payment All buyers must pay for their purchases in full by April 23. No items removed until payment has been received by auction company. Auction company accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal or Company Checks. All out of state checks must be accompanied by a irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee, unless know by the auctioneers. No Credit Cards!! Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of invoicing of successful bid and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Bid Northwest. reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property. Pickup All items, must be picked up once auction company has received and acknowledged payment in full. All items must be removed by April 24th 2020 by 4 PM. OR AS ARRANGED WITH THE AUCTIONEER!! NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE!! If items are not removed by this time, Auction company reserves the right to resell the items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling. Shipping Auction company will NOT provide shipping for items purchased through this auction.
