Entire contents of storage unit in Klamath Falls OR. Unit looks to be rather clean and well organized. Everything shown in pictures is included in purchase with exception to the metal shelves which belong to the facility. There is a 15% buyers premium if paying in cash and 18% if paying by card. A refundable $200 cleaning deposit will be added at time of payment. The deposit will be refunded when the unit is fully emptied. Unit must be completely emptied by 7:00pm on Sunday June 30th or deposit will be forfited unless prior arrangements have been approved.
