WE DO NOT SHIP FURNITURE OF ANY SORT.
Pickup time will be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday AND Friday immediately following the auction. Our hope is that the extended pickup time will allow for a more evenly dispersed number of people picking up their items at any one time.
WE WILL NOT BE HELPING WITH LOADING, BRING HELP!!!
***Be sure to bring boxes and wrapping supplies, moving blankets, and ropes if necessary. Bring everything and everyone you need to wrap and lift your items. We will be offering a drive up/curb side pick-up. If you purchased furniture, please back up to the 1st rollup door on the West side of the building (It is labelled 'Spot #5') and follow instructions on the sign. If you purchased smaller items, please find an empty spot on the West side of the back warehouse (They are labelled as Spot #1 through Spot #4) and follow instructions on the sign. We will gather your items and bring them to your spot. Loading assistance will not be provided, please bring help and all packing supplies you may need. No one will be allowed access in to our building. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all navigate these unusual times. ***
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THE DESIGNATED WINDOW WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE AUCTION COMPANY WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED & DISPOSED OF. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY.

SHIPPING: SHIPPING CAN BE ARRANGED FOR SMALLER ITEMS AND ITEMS THAT ARE EASILY PACKAGED FOR SHIPPING. ***WE DO NOT SHIP FURNITURE***. IF SHIPPING IS REQUIRED PLEASE INDICATE IN 'NOTES TO AUCTIONEER' OR CONTACT US DIRECTLY BY PHONE OR E-MAIL. A MINIMUM CHARGE OF TEN DOLLARS WILL BE ADDED TO EACH PARCEL REQUIRING SHIPPING. ADDITIONAL PACKING/HANDLING FEES MAY BE APPLIED.
We will get to packing/shipping as soon as possible after the auction. Once your item is packed and shipped, we will charge your card for the shipping/handling and you will receive an email from Canada Post OR CanPar with your tracking number. We do not provide quotes or estimates on shipping. If you have an account with FedEx/UPS/or another carrier that you would like to use, please indicate to us as soon as possible.
NOTE: WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS. YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING SERVICE.
