Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Stock Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Stock Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Stock Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. If you are the successful high bidder, you own the item and will be responsible for full payment. Payment and pickup as noted in Auction details. Payment will be cash, debit, VISA, Mastercard. Any items not picked up by 4:00 PM on Wednesday March 3rd will be considered abandoned and you will be charged for disposal at a cost of $10.00 per bidder in addition to the cost of the abandoned items.
