All bids are legal binding. If you make an error entering a bids we can assist in cancelling the bids if you sent us an email with a minimum 24 hours notice before auction ends. Payment:  -All payments are due no later than the following Friday after the auction.  -When auction ends you will receive an invoice with a payment link to complete your payment-If invoice is not paid within 48 hours you agree that we can charge the creditcard you registered with.  Defective: All items are sold as is. If an item is defective you have 8 days from the auction win date to return the item for a replacement. We will not be able to accept any defective claims after 8 days so please make sure you inspect the item within stated time period. Pickup: Pickup No later than 8 days after the auction. All items can be picked from our warehouse at the following address: LiquidationMania, 29 Tandem Rd. Unit 3, Vaughan, ON, L4K 3G1, Canada  - Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM   - Saturday: 10 AM – 3 PM   - Sunday: Closed Due to limited space in our warehouse we require all auction wins to be picked up within stated time. If not picked up we will consider the items abandoned and no refund will be issued.
