Bidding
Binding Bids: All bids placed are final, legally binding, and cannot be retracted under any circumstances.
Auctioneer’s Authority: Blitz Deals reserves the right to reject bids, cancel auctions, or disqualify bidders at its discretion without providing justification.
Notifications: Outbid notifications are sent as a courtesy and may not be issued during the final two hours of the auction.
Payment Terms
Settlement Email: Settlement emails will be sent on the Monday following the auction close.
Payment Deadline: Full payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the settlement email.
Automatic Payment Processing: If payment is not received within 24 hours, the card on file will be charged automatically for the total invoice, including applicable taxes and fees.
Failed Automatic Payments: If the card on file declines the transaction, the customer must contact Blitz Deals to settle the invoice. If no action is taken within the same week the settlement email is sent, the items will be deemed abandoned the following Monday.
Abandoned Items: Unpaid items will be relisted, and a 20% restocking and storage fee will be charged.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments may be made via Visa, Mastercard, debit, cash, or e-transfer.
Taxes: All transactions, including products, services, buyer’s premiums, and handling fees, are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes as per Canadian laws, calculated on the final invoice amount, with exemptions applied only upon valid documentation.
Identification Requirement: Government-issued ID may be requested for verification at Blitz Deals’ discretion.
Pickup Policy
Scheduling Pickup: Pickup is by appointment only and must be scheduled through the link included in the settlement email.
Curbside Pickup Rules: Curbside pickup is offered as a momentary service due to traffic regulations. If more time is needed, it is the customer’s responsibility to find alternate parking. Items will only be brought to the curbside (garage door entry). If the customer is parked elsewhere, Blitz Deals staff will push the items to the curbside, and the customer must use the provided order pickup platform to transport items to their vehicle. The platform must be returned promptly after use. Blitz Deals assumes no liability for any risks or damages incurred during this process.
Inspection Responsibility: Customers must inspect their items upon pickup and ensure all items are accounted for before signing the pickup confirmation sheet.
Missed Appointments: If a customer cannot attend the scheduled pickup, they must notify Blitz Deals at info@blitzdeals.ca to reschedule. Failure to do so within the same week the settlement email is sent will result in the items being deemed abandoned.
Priority for Appointments: Customers arriving without a pre-booked appointment may face extended wait times as priority is given to those with scheduled appointments.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Option: Blitz Deals offers shipping exclusively through PkgPlace. Buyers must coordinate delivery directly with PkgPlace by visiting pkgplace.com.
Delivery Request: Customers must indicate “PkgPlace for delivery” in the notes section during checkout. Items will not be released until full payment is completed.
Responsibility Post-Release: Blitz Deals assumes no responsibility for items once they have been released to PkgPlace.

Refunds and Errors
