REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION: At the time of registration, please be sure to let us know if you will want to pick up your items. All Bidders must be of legal age to bid.
PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register for an auction. If you are the successful Bidder payment may be made by e-transfer (craigscardsca@gmail.com) or through PayPal if you wish to pay by other means than e-transfer. Payment must be received within 24 hours of the auction closing. All items must be fully paid for before pick up and/or shipping.
SOFT CLOSE: Is a bidding term that allows Bidders extra time to submit a bid. As the time runs down on an item soon to close, if a Bidder submits a bid in the last minutes of the Sale on an item, it extends the Bid time on that item. As long as someone continues to bid on that item, the time period will continue to be extended. The time period eventually runs out when bidding ceases. The purpose of a soft close is to allow everyone a fair chance to submit a bid. *
REFUND POLICY: All Sales are FINAL, Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. No claims regarding goods purchased will be allowed. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES. All items sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with all faults. *All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off-site understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Any grades listed on coins are not from us and should not be regarded as totally accurate. Please use your discretion. By placing a bid, Bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction.
ADDITIONS & DELETIONS: We reserve the right to remove and/or add lots and/or items to the sale at any point before or during auction.
SHIPPING: Only items marked "Shipping Available" will be shipped. All shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer and will ship the following week proceeding sale date and the payment of shipping costs. Shipping is available with a $5.00 handling fee plus Canada Post Fees incurred (usually $20-$40 depending on package size and weight). Smaller items (ie. individual cards) are usually shipped in a padded envelope and cost about $5.00. ALL SHIPPING MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE TO ITEMS BEING SHIPPED. No shipping of oversized or heavy items currently. All items will be package well but we are not responsible for damage due to shipping and refunds will not be issued.
