Visa/ Mastercard - All purchases over $1000 must be e-transferred or wire.
USA buyers will be required to send a copy of your id before item can be shipped and sign a credit card authorization form.
Also items being shipped will be shipped to billing address only - please make sure it is accurate.
All items must be paid in full at auction conclusion by VISA or MasterCard. If your credit card declines there will be a $25 admin fee for our time to collect. Make sure your card is valid when you register !
15% buyer's premium plus 13% HST (Ontario) tax will be applied to all purchases including USA buyers. You will be issued a receipt.
In the event of a technical failure; power outage, website unavailability or any other technical problem that affects the ability to place bids or properly close the bidding, the auction will be paused and will not resume until the problems have been corrected.

All of the items are to be considered, unless otherwise noted in the description, in good condition. The definition of "good" when used in reference to condition, describes an object as having had no major damage or repair but as with the nature of the material, may show minor surface wear, discoloration etc., which indicates the acceptable wear that the piece may acquire with age. If you are particular about minor flaws, you should ask before bidding.
Regardless of opinions expressed by owners and staff of 2GuysOnlineAuction.ca it is your responsibility as a bidder to determine condition, authenticity, and value of the merchandise before bidding on an item.
By placing a bid, bidder certifies that they have examined the items IN THE PHOTOS PROVIDED to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to examine the photos and purchase item anyway, no matter its condition.
Please read the descriptions and look at all photos. I try extremely hard to make sure the items are accurately depicted in the photos. If damage is photographed and not notated in the description, or vice versa, it is still classified as DISCLOSED and there will be no refund issued for lack of disclosure.

All items must be picked up during the posted times advertised. Any item not picked up within pick up times posted will incur a $25 admin/storage fee. Items left more than 30 days will be considered abandon and disposed of at our discretion.
If you purchase furniture, please bring people who can load your items into your vehicle.
The viewing and pickup property, proprietors or staff are not liable for any damage or injury whatsoever caused to the public or their vehicle by any accident, incident, or mishap.
Shipping is also available to you, ON SELECTED ITEMS, via courier or Canada Post (our discretion) . Bidder pays courier shipping fees plus $15 packaging / handling fee.
