Auction Terms & Conditions - To Bid and Buy: When you register to bid online With Bid Time Auctions please read over the terms and conditions as set out below.
REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION: At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify before you bid. Credit card information is collected to ensure that you are a qualified buyer. All bidders must be of legal age to bid.
PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register for an auction. Your credit card will not be charged unless you win an item. When an auction closes, if you are the winner, your credit card will be charged with the winning bid amount, plus applicable Buyers Premium and taxes.
BIDDING: All bids are final. If you are a winner, your credit card will be charged at close of the auction.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS will be notified through your registered email address following the auction. Your credit card will be charged for the price of the item(s) you have won plus buyers' premium and applicable taxes.
PICKUPS & REMOVALS: Dates and times for pickup are posted on the auction details page. Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times, or prior shipping arrangements made, will be considered an abandoned item. If you abandon an item, your credit card will be charged for the purchase price of the item. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED DURING SPECIFIED CHECKOUT TIMES OR THE ITEM WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. PLEASE REACH OUT TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ABANDON YOUR ITEM(s).
SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS or DELIVERY –Bid Time Auctions provides shipping and delivery for any item upon request please ensure you bid on items marked "SHIPPING AVAILABLE" on each lot - you can easily see this notation while bidding. Bid Time Auctions will charge a packing fee ranging between $5-$25 per box . Bid Time Auctions is not responsible for shipping issues including damage during shipping, once the items leave our location we are no longer responsible for the items, shipping is at your own risk. We will work to determine the best shipment option and price for customer possible, once bidding is final and if you have specified shipping, your credit card will be charged and you will receive an email with the tracking id, if applicable. Please ensure you make prior arrangements to the pick-up date to ensure we are aware of your shipping requirements. Otherwise your items will be deemed an abandoned item, see terms & conditions for abandoned items under pick-ups & removals. Any items not picked up per the shipping &/or pick-up instructions, could be subject to storage or removal fees.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: If you would like to request shipping or delivery please make a note to the auctioneer on the auction page or send an email to bidtimeauctions@gmail.com. Please ensure you are prepared to move all items yourself or assign a designated person or moving company, Bid Time Auctions staff will NOT be available to move or pack items. Please bring boxes and necessary wrapping materials to pack your items. Bid Time Auctions will only ship items marked "Shipping Available" on each lot, otherwise it is up to the Buyer to make their own arrangements Auction Terms & Conditions: All property is sold on an "AS IS" & "WHERE IS" basis, with all faults and ALL SALES are FINAL. Property is open to viewing by appointment only, as set out in the auction details and it is recommended to book a preview, we can organize via an interactive online service. Bid Time Auctions reserves the right to bid, including our employees & contractors. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item during the scheduled preview times. Please feel free to contact Bid Time Auctions with any questions you may have regarding the various lots. It is the Bidder's responsibility to perform due diligence on any items they are bidding on. Bid Time Auctions attempts to describe the merchandise on each auction lot auction but makes no representations. No responsibility is assumed by Bid Time Auctions or the seller for any errors or omissions. Bid Time Auctions does not test all items, unless otherwise noted on the applicable lot.
CLAIMS: No claims regarding goods purchased will be allowed. Bidders are reminded that all goods are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults.
ERROR RESOLUTION: Bid Time Auctions will do its best to resolve all legitimate disputes. If there are changes to a specific item during a sale it will be posted or removed on the Web site.
CATALOGUE ERRORS & OMISSIONS: If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. All items are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults.
PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISKS. The BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save Bid Time Auctions, the Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Bid Time Auctions, or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction. All bidders/buyers must be of legal age. Bidding through Bid Time Auctions online auction you are acknowledging agreement with the terms above.
