FIREARMS SALES CANADA: A valid P.A.L. is required to purchase firearms in Canada. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased for Canadians except firearms classified as antique and non-restricted. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on sale day. An ATT will be provided for anyone that wishes to pick up their items. U.S. Bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases. If item has been purchased and bidder is unable import lots, the item or items will be sold at our next auction. BUYERS PREMIUM & TAXES: All items purchased online through ICollector or Auctionflex are subject to a 3% surcharge. In addition, all purchases will be charged a 15% buyers premium. Taxes in Canada are listed in 'Payment Instructions'. Item(s) purchased and shipped outside of Canada are not subject to taxes, however you may be responsible for customs or duty charges.
