HST is added to the purchase price, 15% buyers fee and additional 2% will be added to invoices paid by credit card. There is a maximum amount of $3000 accepted by Visa or MasterCard.Invoices will be emailed on the Monday following the sale. Once paid for in full, buyers will receive a paid in full receipt, a bill of sale and the ownership (when ready). Auction bidding opens on Thursday November 23/2023 at 7:00 am and a soft close starts at 1:00 pm on Sunday November 26/2023.All sales are final, everything is selling “AS IS WHERE IS”.This is an Online Bidding Only auction format. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. If you are the winning bidder on any item at the end of the sale, you have 3 days from the end of the sale date to arrange for full payment and pickup of your item at our location 1696 Bloor st Courtice Ontario ( big red auction barn at the Courtice Flea Market) Pick-up is ONLY to begin on Monday November 27/2023 from 10-5pm, Tuesday November 28/2023 10-5pm and the last day for payment and pickup is Wednesday November 29/2023 10-5pm following the sale (No pick-up will be available on sale day or the weekend) If any items sold remains on site after the 4th day period, then the credit card on file will be charged automatically with a 2% non payment fee attached to the balance.
