Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before placing an order for a custom-designed piece of jewelry. Design Process: The design process will begin once you have provided us with your design ideas, preferences, and specifications. Our expert jewelers will work with you to create a design that meets your expectations. We will provide you with a detailed sketch or 3D rendering of the proposed design, which you must approve before we begin crafting the piece. Changes: We understand that you may want to make changes to the design after it has been presented to you. We will do our best to accommodate any changes you wish to make, but please note that additional fees may apply for major changes to the design or materials. Materials: We use only high-quality materials in our custom jewelry pieces, including gold, platinum, silver, and precious gemstones. The cost of materials will be included in the final price of the piece, which will be provided to you before we begin work on the piece. Payment: A 50% deposit is required before we begin work on your custom jewelry piece. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the piece. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Timeline: The design and crafting process can take up to several weeks or more depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials. We will provide you with an estimated timeline at the beginning of the project, but please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any delays and will work with you to ensure that you receive your piece as soon as possible. Delivery: We offer free shipping for all custom jewelry pieces within the United States. For international orders, shipping fees will apply. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Returns: Due to the unique nature of custom-designed jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these pieces. However, if there is a defect in the craftsmanship or materials, we will repair or replace the piece at no additional cost to you.
