HST is added to the purchase price, 15% buyers fee and additional 2% will be added to invoices paid by credit card. There is a maximum amount of $3000 accepted by Visa or MasterCard.Invoices will be emailed on the Monday following the sale. Once paid for in full, buyers will receive a paid in full receipt, a bill of sale and the ownership (when ready).
