Invoices with totals of $1500 or more will now be required to pick up in person, or make payment via e-transfer (To either CIBC or Bank of America), or pay via Paypal. This is to protect against credit card fraud, sorry for ANY inconveniences.

Invoices will begin being prepared on the day after the close of the auction. Depending on the success of the auction, this can take some time. We hope to get all invoices out on the following day, but it can take a bit longer. Please check your spam folders for the invoice. It will come from the email address of tgoldsilvercoins@gmail.com
We offer local pick-up, and shipping of winning bids. Only EXACT shipping charges will be charged. If your item can go regular mail, we are willing to put it in the post with just a stamp, but there will be no guarantee of delivery or insurance.
Canadian bidders will have items shipped via Canada Post. USA bidders will have their items shipped via USPS. Shipping is calculated with tracking. If regular post is wanted by the buyer, there will be NO guarantee on delivery.
If you are looking to pick up your items, pick-up is by appointment only while we are in this current lockdown state.

Not all items are in mint condition, the majority of our items are vintage or antiques and the condition will reflect that. We try to give you good pictures and accurate descriptions but feel free to drop us an email with questions and we will try to describe it for you. The lack of reference to flaws does not imply it is flawless .
Each lot sold is subject to a 14% buyers premium (unless posted otherwise) of the successful bid price of each lot. This will be added to the invoice after the auction closes.
Toronto Gold Silver & Coins reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time, to divide any lot or to combine any two or more lots at our discretion, all without notice.
Toronto Gold Silver & Coins has the right to refuse or accept any bid.
The highest bidder accepted by Toronto Gold Silver & Coins for any lot shall be the buyer and such buyer shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot. If any dispute should arise between bidders, Toronto Gold Silver & Coins shall have the absolute discretion to designate the buyer or, at his/her option, to withdraw any disputed lot from the sale, or to re-offer it at the same or a subsequent auction.
Any items not picked up in a reasonable time period shall be considered abandoned unless communication on the subject has been received. There may be a disposal fee charged to the buyer, or the item will be resold.
Payment for your winning lots can be made via eTransfer, via Paypal, or Visa or MasterCard over the phone. WE DO NOT GET YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER FROM HIBID.

Toronto Gold Silver & Coins reserves the right to refuse registration to our auctions or to refuse to recognize any or all bids from any particular person or persons at any time with no notice.
