Auctions are weekly out of Windsor, Ontario, with both shipping and pick up option from Windsor, Ontario. Pick-up is available once the purchase invoice and pick-up details have been sent by e-mail and a pick-up timeslot is scheduled by the customer through our online scheduling software. You will have to pay your invoice first and you will receive a shipping estimate by the following Thursday. You may also request the dimensions and weight to arrange for your own shipping. Return and Exchange Policy: AuctionHaeus sells all items "As-is, where is", meaning the item you purchase is sold in its current state where it is. We ONLY accept returns if the item does not work as described and if an exchange is unavailable. Items that have declared imperfections, missing parts, problems etc. are sold as-is with no return or exchange options whatsoever. Any return/exchange must be authorized by management and product must be brought back or shipped back to our Windsor, ON warehouse at the buyer's cost within 3 business days from authorization. A return request must be sent within 2 days from pick up date or within 5 business days from the auction closing date, whichever is sooner.
