- Sales/individual items may be canceled by auctioneer at any time prior pickup or delivery.
- 24 hour money back guarantee. All merchandise found to be not as described or broken may be returned for full refund of purchase price within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with auctioneer's approval.
-On reserved items; if reserve is not met, highest bid placed may be accepted despite reserve at auctioneers discretion and awarded the win.
- All lots are subject to a 19% buyers premium and a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
- All items must be purchased by credit card at time of sale. The card on file in your account will be automatically charged after closing.
- Pickup location will be sent, along with a time and date reminder, to each winning bidder's email address and/or cell number on file following closing.
- Shipping is available on most items and will be calculated and charged the first weekday following purchase for items requiring shipping. Please indicate shipping during the registration process.
- Auctioneer delivery can be arranged on some non-shippable items at a rate of $2 per loaded mile with a $25 minimum. However, this must be approved prior to bidding on that item.
-ALL BUYERS NOT PURCHASING S&H OR DELIVERY MUST RETRIEVE ALL WON LOTS IN PERSON DURING THE LISTED PICKUP HOURS. Any items not retrieved during pickup hours will accrue a $10 per day storage fee up to a maximum of 3 days and $30. After the third day, your item will be forfeit and resold. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE
- We cannot give custom shipping quotes. To calculate an approximate shipping rate, please go to https://postcalc.usps.com and enter 74824 as the "mailing from" zip code, putting your own zip code into the "mailing to" field. Calculate price based on shape and size, then enter estimated dimensions, weight, and package type using the pictures and your knowledge of the item. Packages are shipped ground advantage.
- To assist you in estimating size, either 12" or 18" rulers are included in photos near the items when possible. For a more detailed estimate, zoom in on the picture to view the inch hash marks of the ruler or google the item for manufacturers specifications.
-WE CANNOT CHASE PAYMENTS OR PICKUPS. It is the bidders responsibility to know the pickup window, to estimate the S&H cost, and to have a valid card on file, all prior to bidding. S&H will be automatically charged for items indicating shipping is required, typically within 48 hours of purchase. We may or may not attempt contact if your card is declined for either purchase or shipping, or if you don't arrive during pickup hours. Any reminders or second attempts to charge cards are a courtesy and completely at the discretion of the auctioneer. Please ensure that you arrive during pickup hours, your card on file is valid with sufficient balance, and that you respond to any emails, texts or calls in a timely fashion. NO PAYS, NO SHOWS, OR NON-RESPONSIVE BIDDERS MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE.
- While we cannot test every single item that comes through our shop, we do make every effort to point out any obvious issues with each lot and give an accurate assessment of its age and condition. However we cannot catch every faulty item, which is why we offer a 24 hour money back guarantee should you receive anything defective. Please carefully examine all photos and research each item. In the event of a return approval, buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
- Handling ranges from a minimum of $2 for small items that can be shipped in an envelope up to a maximum of $20 for large heavy items that require special packaging. Most items will fall somewhere in between. Handling time will typically be within 3 business days of purchase, but may be up to 7 days depending on auction size.
- Most lots will NOT include the totes holding the items. Auctioneer will assist with loading of items picked up locally, but buyers will need to ensure they have their own containers to place the items in if necessary.
- Please email or message us after closing to request shipping if you did not select it during registration.
- LOCAL PICKUP WILL ONLY BE DURING DATES/HOURS INDICATED. IF YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE CANNOT BE PRESENT DURING INDICATED PICKUP HOURS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $10 PER DAY STORAGE UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 3 DAYS AND $30. ANY ITEMS STILL NOT RETRIEVED BY THE THIRD DAY WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.
