We collect sales tax on all items bought unless you can provide us with a tax-exempt permit. We will do our best to describe the condition of the items. All items are sold AS-IS where is, no refunds or exchanges will be given. Please bid accordingly. If need be items may be viewed Friday August 30th 12pm to 5pm and Saturday August 31st 1pm to 4pm. If an item or items are not picked up and go back into another auction and you bid and win those items a second time, you will be charged whichever is the higher dollar amount.
