Bidder acknowledges and understands that internet service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. or anyone else if their internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. TIE BIDS: In the event there is a tie 'Max Bid', the item will be awarded to who placed the bid first. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 4% buyer's premium will be added to the total receipt amount. PAYMENT: A 3% Convenience Fee will be added to the total receipt amount when paying via credit / debit card. Payment is due in full at the close of the auction. Buyer's card on file will be charged in full immediately at the close of auction. Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full. SHIPPING: We DO NOT provide shipping. Please ensure you have the ability to pick-up items BEFORE you bid. ITEM PICK-UP: Friday, June 7th 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and will be held on-site. The Buyer is solely responsible for removal of their own purchases. Items not picked up during the dedicated pickup time will be forfeited and disposed of.
