Licking County / Newark Ohio auction ending on Sunday 12/15/2024. hundreds of great lots, many quality signs, beer steins, Vinyl Records, toys, pottery, Disney snow globes, Looney Tunes, soda advertising glasses, Heisey toy trucks, Diecast cars, salt and pepper shakers, and more. Items will likely be added, so be sure to check frequently for more great pieces. The Auction begins to close at 6:00pm on Sunday 12/15/2024. Lots will soft close. in 20 second increments. Lots will have additional time added when bids are received during the last 5 minutes. Pick up will be from 3-7pm Monday and Tuesday the 16th and the 17th. We are offering shipping on most lots. Lots we generally don't ship are fragile items or large items. If you believe you're bidding on either of those shipping exceptions, please ask prior to bidding to be sure we can ship it. If we do ship a large or fragile item, the cost is significant and we charge for labor, material, shipping and insurance. Carriers also often add a surcharge for busy season and oversized packaging. These costs must be considered before bidding. We will not begin to package items for shipping until the invoice is paid. You will then receive another invoice for the additional charges associated with shipping. We may take up to 14 days to package items, as we are a family owned small business with full time employment. Items not picked up during the designated times will still be charged to the winning bidders card on file The item will then be forfeited and / or discarded at the discretion of the Auctioneer. A 4% fee is added for electronic payment. That fee will be waived if paying cash upon pick up. Privacy policy & Terms Terms & conditions Thank you for your interest in our online Auction. Please familiarize yourself with the Terms and Condition below before registering. BELOW ARE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS OR CONDITIONS APPLY TO A GIVEN AUCTION, THEY WILL BE LISTED AND CONFIRMED ON THE FRONT PAGE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL ONLINE AUCTION. Terms: The Buyer's Premium, if any, that is applicable to that auction will be clearly noted in the Auction Details for that particular auction and may be abbreviated as BP on invoices. Be sure to take note of it before bidding. Forms of payment accepted will be noted there as well. Sales tax will be noted there as well. The auctioneer, employees of the auction house, and consigners, reserve the right to bid on any item. Consigners may also "buy back" items, however a charge of $20 will be assessed for each item bought back by the consigner. All personal property items are purchased AS-IS, WHERE-IS with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate, but are not guaranteed. Please ask all the questions you need answered to determine the condition and suitability of the items for your purposes well in advance of the closing date of the auction. You are bidding only on the described item, not necessarily everything seen in the photo(s). For example, a cabinet or bookshelf may have items on it when photographed; read the description to find out what items are included in that particular lot. Feel free to call or email with any questions. PLEASE KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON BEFORE BIDDING! After the auction is over you will receive an invoice via your registered email. If you do not receive an invoice by 11am of the next day, please check your spam folder, and if you don't see it there contact us via email or phone. Wire transfer payment may be required by winning bidders for purchases of $250 or more at the discretion of the auctioneer. Often times, the email is simply titled "Auction Notice" or similar. Your card will be charged at the auction close if you are the winning bidder unless prior arrangements are made for alternative payment. IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR AND PICK UP YOUR ITEM(S) ON THE ALLOTTED DAY AND TIME, YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS IN FULL. YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT INCLUDING BUYER'S PREMIUM AND SALES TAX (if applicable). THE ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND WILL BE DISPOSED OF AT THE AUCTIONEER’S DISCRETION unless you choose shipping. Remember that shipping can be costly. Our workers do charge a handling fee based on time spent and minimum amounts do apply. There are also charges for boxes and packaging material. Often times, package carriers charge additional rates for unusual sized packages, oversized packages, and seasonal upcharges, due to busy shipping times. These are out of our control and can cause pricey shipments, however we do our best to package items safely and keep pricing fair and reasonable. If payment in full is not received on time, all bidding by the non-paying bidder will be suspended and any existing bids on other auctions will be deleted until items are paid in full. A $25 reinstatement fee will apply. The Auctioneer reserves the right to pursue any and all additional remedies. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs when shipping is offered, to be paid separately to these 3rd party services. We do not begin packaging your item for shipping until your Hibid invoice is paid in full. It can then take us up to 14 days to package and send your item. Be sure to review your bids carefully before placing them. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL, IRREVOCABLE, AND BINDING. Bids cannot be retracted once placed. NO refunds or guarantees are offered. NO charge-backs will be accepted, and by bidding you agree to immediately reimburse Auctioneer for both the original bid price plus Buyer’s Premium (and shipping costs if applicable) AND any additional costs arising from any dispute or charge-back filed by you with your credit card company. Dynamic "Soft" closing/Staggered closing: The online auction closes a certain number of item(s) every minute. This feature will close the bidding in intervals. This feature works with the auto-extend feature to emulate a "live" auction; if an item receives a bid within 5 minutes of ending the item will be extended 2-5 additional minutes. Bid Notifications & Invoices: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email. Invoices will be sent by email ONLY (you are responsible for checking your email). If you believe that you have won an item and have not received an email you must notify us by email or phone. Title: Title of auction items transfers from seller to buyer when payment in full has been made and cleared. By registering to bid, you agree to be added to our email and text notification list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the email or text. Winning Bidders are subject to certification by Auctioneer. The final determination of the winning bidder is subject to certification by the Auctioneer, and any email or electronic message (whether generated manually or automatically), and other any indication of the winning bidder on an Online Bidding Platform, is subject to such certification. The Auctioneer’s determination of the winning bidder will be final and conclusive. IMPORTANT: The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchaser, items not paid for and/or removed within the specified time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items. If you are the high bidder, you will receive an email notice that your invoice is ready after all the items in the auction have closed. All your items must be PAID FOR IN FULL on or before pick-up day, no exceptions.
Accepted forms of payment are Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Cash (Exact Change) and Cashier's Check. The auctioneer may require wire transfer payments for invoiced winning bid totals of $250 or greater at the discretion of the Auctioneer.
The currency for all purchases is USD.
There is a 15% buyer’s premium on all winning bids.
There is a Credit Card Fee 4%
Buyer agrees to not initiate a chargeback for their purchases under any circumstances. If you initiate a chargeback for any reason, the auction house reserves the right to ban you from future auctions.
Transportation, storage, shipping, and handling fees are at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer.
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have a valid credit card on file with our company to register for and participate in our auction.
Your credit card on file will be charged if you fail to pick up or arrange shipping. Items will be considered abandoned and you will be banned from future auctions.
If your credit card on file is declined for any reason you will incur a $15 Declined Card fee on your invoice. Please verify your payment and contact information on file is correct, valid, and able to cover the entire invoice purchase price. The fee is also in effect when we attempt to process payment for shipping.
Cash payments must be made with exact change.
Non-cash and non- credit card payments over $200 may require wire transfer at the auctioneers discretion. Credit cards that are not on file, Venmo and paypal payment may also be accepted at pick up.
