If you place a winning bid in our online auctions, your card will be charged shortly after the conclusion of the auction or you will be notified to remit payment. If paying by card, an additional 4% processing fee will be added to total. --Shipping-- SHIPPING is available for this auction. All items will be shipped through a third party called Shipping Saint. It is the BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE SHIPPING COSTS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN BIDDING ON THESE ITEMS. Shipping methods include FedEx, UPS, USPS, or whatever method is best. Tyler Faulk Auctioneer cannot be responsible for loss or damage to the items during shipping. Items are insured through Shipping Saint. While we hope to get items shipped out as quickly as possible, timeframes can take up to 14 days depending on quantity of items needing shipped, auctioneers other auctions, size of items, and more. By buying an item via the online platforms, you are agreeing that you are aware of shipping terms stated in the terms and conditions. Items will most likely be shipped out within three business days but this is not a guarantee. Items become property of Tyler Faulk Auctioneer and considered abandoned if no payment is made within 7 days for the items. 6. All items sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties beyond what is implied. No refunds or returns. 7. Large items such as furniture, large signs, etc. may be FOR PICK UP ONLY or private courier delivery as selected by the winning bidder or recommended local agent from Tyler Faulk Auctioneer. The buyer is free to contact any shipping company they wish, as the shipment is not limited to the agent provided by Tyler Faulk Auctioneer.
