BIDDER PAYMENT - At the conclusion of the sale the Highest bidder will be invoiced in U.S. dollars. The buyer will have the option to pay with cash, check or credit card. If the buyer pays with check and the funds are insufficient the buyer will be charged an additional $35.00 fee. The card provided at registration will be charged following the close of the sale with a 3% card fee added, if the buyer chooses to pay with that credit card. Buyer agrees that valid credit card information has been provided, the card has the funds available to complete the purchase, and that the buyer will accept all charges and the buyer will not charge back any charges placed by the auction company in accordance with fees discussed throughout the terms and conditions (i.e.. HiBid, buyer's premium, no-show, and late show fees). We accept Cash, Check (with proper ID) Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer’s premiums, any taxes. a pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. PLEASE NOTE, A $25 service fee will be charged to all accounts where the credit card on file is declined and a telephone call or other communication by our department is necessary to collect payment.

DELINQUENT PAYMENT - The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 4% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser’s failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Williams County, Ohio
MISSED BIDS - Internet bidding is provided as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Strong Real Estate the Internet service fails during auction.
PROPERTY CONDITION - All property is sold “AS IS”, and all sales are final. Property is open to public inspection on designated dates or by appointment. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS - Strong Real Estate shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Strong Real Estate will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
