FORMER CELLAR LUMBER ONLINE AUCTION

After over 50 years serving Circleville, Cellar Lumber consolidated their locations recently. Southern Ohio Development purchased the property and additionally the remaining inventory contents and equipment. Purchased resulted in around 1400 lots for this auction, including almost every type of item that was sold in there store, lumber yard, and items to run the operation. Items include, International Flatbed Truck, 2 Forklifts (all in great running condition), storage box, windows, doors, trim, paneling, slatwall, peg board, skid after skid of new Lumber, insulation, siding/soffit/spouting, roofing, flooring, shingles, painting supplies, flashing, roofing coil, drop ceiling grid, floor jacks, shop lights, electrical, boxes and boxes of nails, screws, and about any type hardware, door locks, locks, saw blades, wood shop equipment, power tools, hand tools, garden tools, carts, office equipment, fixtures, computer equipment, security system, phone system, office supplies, shop tables, vintage scales, two way radios, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, roof vents, personal protective safety equipment, Gondola shelving, various displays, ladders, fireproof and regular file cabinets, office safe, countertops, desk chairs, decorative shelves, tables, conference tables, Peterbilt front semi bumper, trash cans, janitorial equipment, trash bags, roof repair items, tool boxes, folding chairs, changeable letter sign, memorabilia items and much much more. If Cellar sold it we probably have it in this auction. Seller is hosting a preview day on August 17th, from 8AM till 2PM, come and see the outstanding inventory and see the Forklifts and Truck run! Removal Shall be Saturday & Sunday August 24th & 25th 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. each day, Forklifts will be used during pickup, these items can be picked up at 5:00 P.M. on Sunday the 25th, Large Gondola shelving & furniture to be picked up Sunday as well.
