If your items are not picked up on Saturday August 3rd 10am-1pm your items will be forfeited and will become the property of The Ruckman Group Auctions & Appraisals. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING PERSONAL CHECKS FOR ANY REASON STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm EST at the rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at the specified location on their invoice. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all items. Please bring your own packing materials, moving equipment, manpower and tools. SHIPPING: We will be shipping on select items for this auction. Local pick-up in Mt. Vernon. Shipping will be done by Pak Mail in Mt. Vernon. Items that need shipped will be dropped off at Pak Mail with in 24 hours after your invoice is paid in full. Pak Maiil will contact you via phone or email to arrange payment for shipping.
