This is a public auction with online bidding only. All items are pictured and described to the best of our ability, however, there is no warranty or guarantee implied or expressed on items. Auction Terms & Conditions: All buyers must register and receive a bid number. You will be required to enter a valid credit card at time of registration. Your card will be charged $1.00 to check the validity. Make sure to contact your credit card company as ALL cards have daily spending limits, regardless of balance or credit limit. These limits can be raised upon request. If you have successfully won a bid, you will receive a notice via your e-mail, and provided a paid receipt once payment haas been made. You will only be charged once regardless of how many items you purchase. You must have a paid receipt in order to pick up your items. No item(s) shall be removed until payment has been received. All items will be charged immediately after the auction closes unless other payment arrangements have been made with Muncy & Associates prior to Bidding. PICKUP DATES BY APPOINTMENT: FRI., DECEMBER 1 and SAT., DECEMBER 2 Any items left after the scheduled pick up shall be forfeited. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. 15% buyer premium will be applied to all purchases.
