The Columbiana County Junior Fair Livestock Auction presents high quality animals to the public for purchase on Thursday, August 1st and Saturday, August 3rd..
Steer Auction Terms and Conditions: 1. All sales are bona fide sales for cash or check. 2. Buyers may settle for their purchases any time during the auction or immediately after the sales office. 3. All animals were weighed by a bonded weigh master on Monday, July 29, 2024 by electronic scales 4. Animals must be removed from the fairgrounds on Sunday, August 4, 2024, Starting at 6:00pm 5. Animals are held at seller's risk After that time, the buyer assumes all risks and responsibiliy. Dairy Beef Feeder Terms and Conditions: 1. All sales are bona fide sales for cash or check. 2. Each buyer must pick up their sales slips and make settlement in the sales office any time during the auction or immediately at the close of the sale. 3. All animals were weighed in on Monday, July 29, 2024, by electronic scales with a bonded weigh master. 4. Animals are to be removed from the grounds on Sunday, August 4, 2024, after 8:00pm Hog Terms and Conditions: 1. This sale is a partial terminal sale. 2. All sales are bona fide sales for cash or check. 3. Buyers MUST pay for thier purchases any time during the auction or immediately after at the sales office. 4. All animals were weighed by a bonded weigh master on Sunday, July 28, 2024. 5. Animals must be removed from the fairgrounds between Sunday, August 4, 2024, 7:00pm and Monday, August 5, 2024, 11:00 am 6. Animals are held at seller's risk until Monday, August 5, 2024 at 11:00am. After that time, the buyer assumes all risks and responsibiliy. Lamb Terms and Conditions 1. For the convenience of our buyers, this year's auction will be a live simulcast auction offering online bidding. For more information, please visit www.columbianacountyfair.com to register. 2. Acceptable forms of payment include cash and check. 3. Market lambs will sell by the pound times the live weight. 4. Market lambs are a partial terminal auction, meaning that ONLY Grand & Reserve Champion are terminal. 5. Market Lambs were weighed by a certified weigh master on July 29, 2024. 6. Load out and pickup times will be August 4, 2024 after 7 PM and Monday, August 5, 2024 after 9am. After 11:00am on August 5th the buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities. 7. If you are interested in purchasing a Market Lamb Project to support our program but are not interested in taking possession of the animal, talk to the sales office about donating the animal for resale. Poultry Terms and Conditions 1. Each pen consists of 3 chickens. 2. Pens will be sold in order of exhibitor placement. 3. Buyers will pick up their processed chickens on Tuesday, August 6th from 5:30pm-7:00pm at the Rabbit & Poultry Barn. 4. Buyer will pay a $8.00 processing fee per head. Rabbit Terms and Conditions 1. Each market pen consists of 3 rabbits; fryer rabbit pens are 1 rabbit per pen. 2. Pens will be sold in order of exhibitor placement. 3. Buyers will pick up their processed rabbits on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm at the Rabbit & Poultry Barn. 4. Buyer will pay an $8 processing fee per head. Turkey Terms and Conditions PICK UP Lehmans Poultry 2238 Beeson Mill Rd. Leetonia, OH 44431 *TUESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2023 4:00-6:00 P.M. 1) Processing fee of $20.00 will be added to your sales bill. 2) When paying, notify the office if you want it split/halved. (Splitting will have an extra $1.00 charge for processing). 3) When paying, please notify the office if you want your turkey to be donated. Turkeys not picked up by 6 pm will be donated to an area food bank/shelter. 4) Please bring a LARGE cooler or container to transport your turkey in. Buyers purchasing online will be assessed at 1% fee to cover the online bidding system. Thank you for the support of the youth of Columbiana County.

All other species Animals must be removed from the fairgrounds between the hours 8pm on Sunday, August 4, 2024, and 11:00 am Monday, August, 5, 2024. Animals are held at seller's risk until Monday, August 5, 2024, at 11:00 am. After that time, the buyer assumes all risks and responsibility.
