Thursday, August 1 beginning at 6 pm, the live sale takes place in the beef complex and the sale order is as follows: steers, dairy beef feeders, dairy promotion project (cheese baskets). Saturday, August 3 beginning at 9 am, the live sale takes place in the coliseum and the sale order is as follows: market goats, dairy goat production projects (fudge baskets), lambs, hogs, chickens, turkeys, rabbits.
