1. This online only auction uses the HiBid platform. You must create a HiBid account before you can register to bid on a specific auction. New registrations can be created by going to our website www.linneburauctions.com and then click on "Login/New Bidder" to the right of our logo.
2. You MUST register for a bidder number to bid online, including those who have permanent bidder numbers for our on-site auctions. Click on the "Register to Bid" tab and follow the directions. A valid credit card is required to obtain a bidder number. A $1.00 charge will be placed on your card for validation purposes only. This charge will be credited back to you. You will receive an email once your registration has been approved and you will then be able to place bids.
3. Preliminary bidding on lots will take place from 8 a.m. MST 1/9/2025 and continue to 6 p.m. MST 1/23/2025. Beginning at 6 p.m. MST, lots will begin to close in sale order, one lot every 15-20 seconds. This auction has a one-minute soft close in place, meaning lots will remain open for bidding until one minute has spanned with no bids, then the lot will officially close. It is IMPORTANT to understand that lots 2..3..4..etc could close before lot 1, if bidding is still present on lot 1 but has ceased on 2..3..4..etc. PLEASE CALL STEPHEN @765-202-3703 with any questions you may have concerning the bidding process.
4. Online bid submissions are a legal binding contract, in which you agree to pay the amount you bid if you are the winning bidder. Under no circumstances will bids be edited/cancelled. DO NOT bid if you DO NOT intend to purchase.
5. Upon completion of the sale, you will receive an electronic invoice identifying lot(s) purchased and balance due.
6. The credit card you enter at the time of registration IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED AT THE COMPLETION OF THE SALE. Winning bidders are required to notify the auction company within 24 hours of purchase(s) with payment intentions. Terms are CASH or CERTIFIED FUNDS upon pick up or CREDIT CARD (Visa, MC, Discover, Am Ex) prior to pick up. If payment arrangements HAVE NOT been made within 24 hours of auction close, your purchase(s) will be forfeited. We reserve the right to charge all non-paying bidders and they will be reported to HiBid.
7. There is NO BUYERS PREMIUM. There is a 3% CREDIT CARD FEE for this auction. If you pay by check and/or cash upon pick up, the 3% CC fee will be DEDUCTED at that time. If paying by CK/CA you must call 303-822-9298, or email alice.linnebur@gmail.com and leave a message informing the auciton company you will be paying by CK/CA.
8. We have scheduled Friday Jan 24th (10 am to 4 pm) & Saturday Jan 25th (9 am to 2 pm) as pick up dates/times. If the scheduled pick up times DO NOT work for you, please contact us PRIOR to placing bids to ensure we can accommodate you. Auction location: 670 S. Tenney St., Byers, CO
9. Purchases not removed by Saturday Jan 25th, 2025 without previous communication with us, will be considered abandoned and become property of the auction company.
10. WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA. Shipping is available UPS ground on some of the designated items, at the expense of the buyer. Items such as toy tractors, tools, dishes, etc that fit into a small, medium and large sized box. Buyers will be charged, packaging and shipping cost. Shipping will be charged after checkout as a second transaction.
No freight shipping is available for this auction. Shipping on large items requiring a freight quote is the responsibility of the buyer.
11. All items, except titled vehicles, are subject to sales tax. If you are tax exempt, it is your responsibility to provide a copy of your sales tax number to the auction company prior to the auction closing. Failure to do so will result in tax being included on your invoice.
12. All items sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties beyond what is implied. No refunds or returns.
