Terms and Conditions
Registration
- It is important to provide accurate information in relation to your credit card. The address on file must match the billing address on your file for payment to go through.
- At the time of registration, your Hibid reputation score will determine whether you are approved to bid in our auctions or not. If your score is 0 (NEW ACCOUNT BIDDER) or there are negative notes from other auctioneers, you will not get approved to bid with our auction, unless you provide us with a deposit.
- The deposit will be a total of $300 CAD, that is refundable if you are not a successful winner. Otherwise, it will be applied to your invoice.

Bidding
- All our bids are final and cannot be reversed. Please do your due diligence in making sure that you do want the product before placing a bid. Bidding by any mistake will not apply to Return and Refund Policy.
- You can ask questions about products during the auction using the "Contact Auctioneer" button. We cannot guarantee we can answer all questions on weekend as we are closed. However, questions will be answered during weekdays.
- We have the right to add or remove any items on the current running auction. This is usually done to ensure product information accuracy and to avoid any possible mistakes.
-We usually describe all, and any information related to the product in our description, and we usually provide actual pictures of our products unless it is sealed. Please scroll through all photos and read descriptions.

Invoices
- Invoices will be created within 24 hours after the auction close. Our invoices will include item quantity and description, detailed breakdown of payment (Total extended price, Buyer Premium, Handling fee,Tax, and Invoice total).
- All our invoices will include a 15% buyer premium auction fee ,$1 CAD per item handing fee and 13% sales tax.

Payment
-Payment is due within 24 hours after auction close. If the card on file is declined, it will be your responsibility to remit payment and clear the outstanding balance, otherwise your items have a high potential of being considered abandoned, and a very high risk of getting blocked from bidding with Ruito Trading Inc.
- If you plan on making payment in-person, please bring your invoice, and you may pay with our card reader. For E-transfers Payment, please make your payment to info.ruitotrading@gmail.com. When making an E-transfer, please include your invoice number so we can know this payment is for the specific invoice.
- If you would like to do cash at pick up, please also mention it while registering, and please bring exact change as we may not carry change at our warehouse.
-By accepting our terms and conditions bidders must register with their own credit card. Bidders are not allowed to register with other credit cards that are not in their name. If we discover the credit card registered is in a different name, we will block the account.
-We do not accept alternate forms of payment over the phone due to previous fraud.

Pick-up
- Pick up times are Tuesday - Saturday 12:00pm - 5:30 pm. If you cannot make it during these times, please arrange alternative pick up.
- If you are not able to pick up your items, you will have to send us an email to info.ruitotrading@gmail.com to authorize the person picking up on your behalf. We will not release products to anyone other than the name on the invoice, and the authorized person.
- You must book and appointment to pick up. We will not be able to pick your items if you show up with no appointment. Please do not sign up for more than one open slot, as this will take away the opportunity for other bidders to pick up and will create confusion during pick up.
- To ensure that you have your items ready, and to reduce wait times by 90%, please book your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your pickup time. Due to the limited shelf space, we are only able to hold your items up to 5 business days after pick-up week. If an item was not found during pick up, we will contact you to make inform you if we have found the item. If the item is still not found, we will offer a credit/refund.

- Request shipping within 1 week. We will ship your item after we received the payment. Shipping link could be found below.
- Shipping requests must be made within 1 week following the auction close. We can not promise that we can ship your items if you placed your shipping request after the 1 week timeline. For fastest shipping, we recommend to place your shipping request after Auction Closed.

Returns
- NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless incorrect listing occurred, all incorrect listing should be reported to us within 3 days after picking up your order, if the order was shipped to you, you have 3 days to report to us after the package was delivered. ANY RETURN REQUEST AFTER THE MENTIONED PERIOD WON’T BE ACCEPTED. if the item does not match our description, we will issue in house credit for you. credit can be used for any future purchases, and it will be automatically applied to your next invoice. Please note we do not issue refund back to your original form of payment.
- Please keep in mind this is a returned merchandise auction. Items could be missing parts, used, damaged, not the item in the box or nothing wrong at all.
- if it was mentioned "new”, "tested", "sealed" or "in box" in the title, that means its functioning but it’s not a must to be brand new, scratches free, cracks free, or it has missed parts.
- We do not take returns on items that have "final sale”, "not inspected" or "used" in the title. You cannot return items due to buyers’ remorse or because something does not fit if we listed it correctly.
- packaging may have dents/rips or crumpled corners, if the box is just the imperfection it will not be taken back
- - NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, if bidder come to pick up but do not check items in our store, the items will be final sale.
- We can only honor return and refund policy if the item does not match the description, that is why it is important to read the item description and check the photos.
- Returns will be accepted if the following criteria are met:
1- Electronic or mechanical items have malfunctioned and/or are not working as intended, through normal use, within a 3-day period. The item must not have been misused, physically damaged, or tampered with while in the buyer's possession.
2- The item has damage that was not described at the time of sale, and it affects the item's use.
3- The item is missing crucial components that were not described in the listing at the time of sale.
4- The item received is not the correct product that was listed.
- Returns will not be accepted for buyer's remorse, such as if the item does not fit, if the wrong model was purchased, or if the buyer simply does not like the item.
-Buyers are encouraged to request an item preview prior to bidding or to contact the seller for more information if they are uncertain.
- Returns will not be accepted if the item is missing any components or packaging that it was sold with.
-Returns will not be accepted if the item has any physical damage that was not present at the time of sale.
- Buyers are responsible for inspecting the item upon receipt and reporting any issues to the seller within the specified time frame.
-To validate your return/refund, you must email us within the respected times of the issue you have with the item, as well as attaching photos/videos detailing the issues of the product. Once that is confirmed, you will then be notified with the resolution to your satisfaction.

Abandonment
- We will provide our valued customers with limited time to pick up their won items, and that is until Friday following the auction close, unless other arrangements are made.
- To make this clear, if the Auction ends on Sunday night, you will have up until the following Friday to arrange pick up , any time past that, without any communication from the customer, the items will be considered abandoned, and no refund/credit will be provided.
- We understand that situations occur on a daily basis that could conflict with the pickup times and timeline, and the only way we can accommodate any of that, is by sending us an email to info.ruitotrading@gmail.com informing us that you will not be able to make it, and that you would need to make alternative arrangements. Once you have communicated with us, we will be more than happy to accommodate your request, within reason.

Fraud
- To prevent Fraud, any invoices that total over $300 CAD, the customer will need to provide a valid Photo ID with the current address, and the Card used to make the payment. This information must match what is on the invoice, otherwise Ruito Trading Inc. will not be able to release the products to the customer.

Miscellaneous
- Ruito Trading Inc. will not be liable or responsible for damage or injury to individuals or their property. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and save Ruito Trading Inc. the Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Ruito Trading Inc. or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction.
