1986 44' GIBSON HOUSEBOAT: Everything works, 2 new mini-splits w/remotes, new outlet plugs, new lighting, switches (inside/and outside), new router/wiring for wifi installed, furnished bedding, dishes, pots, pans, etc., queen sleeper sofa in living room, fridge, microwave, toaster, air fryer/oven, new propane cook top, all inside/outdoor furniture stays, motor runs and drives great, boots replaced about 4-5 years ago.
1977 32' SKIPPERLINER HOUSEBOAT: New mini-split w/remote, new touch light over front entrance, fishing rod holders, new outdoor tv, new outdoor kitchen w/full buildout, outdoor patio set, new ceiling fan, all outdoor lighting works, furnished bedding, dishes, pots & pans, etc., microwave, refrigerator, new curtains, new electric flush marine toilet, propane 4-burner stove (not new) but works great, and oven, Blackstone w/propane on front outside, new dock box w/new life vest on top of boat, new storage cabinet inside, dvd player w/remote, under storage inside floor under rug, will sleep 4-6, motor has been started but not ran, it needs a little more work, new 17-gallon fuel tank, new plugs, new rebuilt carburetor, new water pump (hot water does not work), has a gas generator on top of boat.
INSPECTION: Auctioneer will be onsite Sunday, January 12 from 2:00-4:00PM, or you can call auctioneer for a special viewing (daylight hours only).
PAYMENT: Payment is due in full by 2:00PM Friday, January 17th by cash, cashiers check or wire transfer. Please have your financing in order prior to bidding. Boat slips will be paid through the auction. The new owners will need to move the houseboats or sign a contract with the marina to continue the use of the slips.
