Terms and Conditions for the Carolina Kiko Classic Sale BIDS & DISPUTES: In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the Buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision in such manners will be final. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Every effort was made to assure the correctness of this catalog, however all announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed material in the catalog. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay attention to all such announcements. CERTIFICATES OF REGISTRY: A copy of the certficate of registration will be furnished to the buyer for each animal at the conclusion of the sale. After payment has been processed, the certificate and transfer application will be submitted by the seller to the NKR registrar. After the transfer has been completed, the original certificate will be mailed to the buyer. EMBRYOS & SEMEN: All shipping fees for frozen embryo and frozen semen will be the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to finalize the transfer of frozen assets. SHIPPING: Assistance will be given in making shipment arrangements after the sale, but the Sales Management and/or the Seller assume no risk. Expenses incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers are requested to furnish shipping instructions when making settlement. All animals must be loaded day of sale unless prior arrangements are made with the Sales Management. Any animals left beyond said time frame become property of Sales Management. ACCIDENTS: Although every precau6on will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of the buyers, neither the Sales Management, the Auctioneer, nor Sellers assume any responsibility in the matter and disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in case of accidents or loss of property. RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS: The above terms of the sale will constitute a contract between the buyer & seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in the sale will constitute a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two parties connected thereto are not covered by the terms and conditions of this sale. The Carolina Kiko Classic sale management is coordinating the auction as a service to its consignors and is acting only as an agent. The Carolina Kiko Classic sale management is not responsible for the health or pedigree information of the animals in the sale. HEALTH PAPERS: Sellers will provide health certificates from point of origin to Fletcher, NC. LOADING OF ANIMALS: No loading of animals will take place until completion of the sale. Your cooperation and understanding will be greatly appreciated.
