By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, hosted by ATX Auctions Abilene.
MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS-IS AND WHERE-IS AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND.
Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. If item has damage, photo will be taken and posted, along with condition placed in the description. Not all items can be visually inspected so we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Customers are encouraged to inspect any product listed on that auction they are interest in.
Returns and Refunds: At ATX Auctions we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. Our staff from time to time will miss an important detail when inspecting items. Bid with confidence. We take accountability when we make an error. In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary. All items have a 3-day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. Please ensure that the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for. You may inspect what you want to bid on prior to the auction, please call 325-201-3531 to make sure we are available.
NEW PAYMENT NOTICE:
Due to the number of lots and bidders we will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the auction. This will include a 16% buyer premium and State sales tax. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. For any card that fails to process we will send an invoice that can be paid online or in person. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction, 325-201-3531. Your invoice will come from af360 noreply@sandhills.com or Hibid.com. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder.
Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created, you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice.
PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 6:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

REMOVAL;
ATX Auctions Abilene is not responsible for removal. We will assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle. Due to insurance policies ATX Abilene employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle.
PICK UP DAYS;
ARE ONLY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY FOLLOWING after that auction. Business hours for pick up days are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday.
We will no longer hold items unless we hear from you before 6:00 on the Saturday immediately following the auction day. ONLY if we hear from you will we hold your items up to the following Wednesday after the auction (5 days - not counting Sunday). All items that are not picked up by the Wednesday following the auction by 5:00 PM will be considered abandoned and are subject for relisting.
A refund will NOT be issued for abandoned items.

If you are a new out-of-state customer, we will automatically decline your registration.
Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information.

Buyer discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's physical location at time of removal - No Exceptions.

Each ATX Auctions location maintains its own text and email list. Phone numbers and emails will only be added to locations that you have registered. If at any time you feel its too much, reply STOP and you will be removed from the list. Unsubscribing from a location's text list will only ensure that you do not receive any messages from that location.
