Estate sale located in Franklin, AL, off interstate 85 exit 32. Sale features beautiful antique furniture, ammunition reloading equipment and supplies, many power and hand tools, copper decor, equisite bar ware, very nice sofa and mathing recliner, a fairly extensive vinyl collection, MCM high boy dresser and chairs, yard tools, lamps and much more that should interest a wide range of estate sale enthusiasts. Sale ends with a soft close beginning at 3:00 pm CT, Thursday, October 24, 2024 and continues until all bids are excepted. Invoices will be sent out immediately after with the exact address on the email and on your invoice. If you bid, it is your responsibility to confirm your invoice. You may have unexpectedly won an item(s) and will be expected to pay and pick up on our scheduled pick up dates. Pick up dates are scheduled for Friday, Oct., 25, 2024, 10-2 CT, and Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024, 9-2 CT. There are no other dates or times offered. Please make plans to pay and pick up your items within our scheduled times. We do not schedule appointments for pick up. Payment will be made at pick up. We do NOT keep your card on file so please be prepared to present it at pick up. We prefer cash payment which comes with a 5% discount off your buyer's premium, but we also accept debit/credit cards, Venmo or Cash App. Again, we do not have access to your credit card so please don't ask me to charge the card on file. We ask that you bring packing materials even though the majority of our items are already packed in boxes. It is your responsibility to make sure your items are wrapped securely for transportation home. You should also bring tools, blankets, tape and straps if you think they will be required for your items. We usually have dollies and handtrucks but it is always a good idea to bring your own if you can. This is an "as is" auction. We try to take great and multiple pictures and create accurate descriptions. We ask you to peruse all pictures carefully and read the descriptions so you see measurements and flaws if there are any.
