Method of Payment: All items must be paid in full either by cash, check, credit card. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all purchases, and an 18% buyer's premium will be added if using a credit card. Removal: Items may be picked up on Sunday, October 20th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP DURING THIS TIME FRAME - SELLER MUST GIVE POSSESSION OF THE HOME TO THE NEW BUYER ON OCTOBER 22ND. If, the Buyer will forfeit any items not removed within this time frame, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency, or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Condition of Items: All items in this auction are being sold "As-Is" and "Where-Is" with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the items during the designated inspection period and to bid accordingly.
