Because we do not have storage space in our store, all orders that and are not picked up by 3PM the Saturday following the auction will have a $5 minimum storage handling fee added to their order. IF YOU HAVE OVER 5 ITEMS, THE STORAGE FEE WILL BE $1.00 PER ITEM. This will added to your order before the charge is made. (This excludes orders that require shipping)
All orders are to be paid for by 3PM Saturday (unless other arrangements have been made). We will charge your card at 3PM, including storage handling fees. IF YOUR CARD IS DECLINED, your items will awarded to the next highest bidder, or if there is no next higest bidder, you will lose the items and they will be re-listed in the next week's auction. If you pay cash after 3PM Saturday, no buyer's fee discount is given. If for any reason you cannot pick up your items by Saturday, please contact us to make arrangements. If arrangements are made, your credit card will be charged at that time, and you may be assessed storage fees depending on the length of time in the arrangements.
If your items are not picked up 14 days from the close of the auction all items on the invoice will be either donated or relisted at our discretion. No addditional warning will be given. If the item is relisted, it will be done in your name. No refunds given on loss of resale or donation given. All consignor fees and terms are agreed to by you with the agreement of these terms. All Items purchased which are over $1,000 can not be added to a Credit Card, you must pay via Bank Wire, PayPal, or Cash.
SHIPPING
Shipping is availbable for most items. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is marked for shipping. If you bid on an item that is not marked for shipping, you are responsible for the cost of the item. You will have to arrange your own shipping, donate or relist the item. If we do end up shipping the item, a $20 surcharge in addition to all shipping charges will be added per item. Contact us prior to bidding for estimated shipping costs. Handling fees are added to all shipping on orders. Because of the extra packing needed, dish sets and items requiring extra packing will have additional fees added.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND SHIPPING, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE ITEM PRICE + SHIPPING (USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE) + HANDLING USING THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE:
Boxed Items - $5 First Box $5 additional (Up to 24x24x24)
Mailing Tube - $4
Poly Mailer/Bubble Mailer - $2
There are items we do not mark “shipping available” due to possible leakage or extremely fragile. If there are items we do not mark “Shipping Available” and you insist we ship it, there will be a $20/non shippable item surcharge and will not be held responsible for those items.
We only ship freight, where prior to the auction closing you have contacted us via email or phone and gotten prior approval. If you purchase something where freight is needed, you will be responsible for arranging freight including preparation, packaging, and handling for freight.
Buyer premium of 10% for cash and 13% for credit will be applied to all invoices
Idaho sales tax of 6% will be applied to invoice for sales shipped within Idaho and all store pickups
