In contrast, overstock items are considered to be brand new and in their original packaging. Additionally, returns refer to products that have been previously purchased and returned for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to, "no longer needed," "defective item," "better price available," "missing or broken parts," "changed mind," or other reasons. Be advised that the credit card on file will be not automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction. You will have the option to pay with Credit Card, Venmo or Cash when picking up your items. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the total purchase price of all items. Tax will be calculated after the Buyer's Premium has been applied. If a shipping service is needed, please request shipping quote before bidding on any items. If your winnings are being shipped you will be charged for your winnings, plus buyer's premium and tax. Followed by a flat handling fee of $10 per won item. Your items are only eligible for shipping if the respected item is marked on shippable on HiBid and your invoice is paid. All shipped items will require insurance. If the handling payment fails you have 7 days to reach out and pay for the charge. If we do not receive payment for additional shipping charge any prior payment will not be refunded or credited and your items will be considered abandoned. We will only ship to the address on file. It is important to note that The Gilded Gavel not responsible for any preview or removal arrangements. You may only pickup item(s) on the listed pickup days. Please make all necessary arrangements prior to the end of the auction. If you do not contact us on or before the listed pickup time, under no circumstance will we be issuing a refund/credit for abandoned lots. Depending on the circumstance at our discretion we may opt to issue a credit with a 15% restocking fee. All merchandise not claimed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold.
