1.) Property selling "as is, where is", both surface and subsurface with no warranties guaranteed or implied. Bidders should complete their own due diligence prior to bidding.
2.) Pickup no sooner than 9:00 AM on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 805 Quadrangle, Cookeville, TN.
3.) All payment & pickup/shipping arrangements will be made through Jessica Davis, Coordinator for New Student Family Programs at Tennessee Tech University. Email- jbdavis@tntech.edu (931) 372-3245 or Ted McWilliams (931)372-3729.
4.) If shipping or mailing is requested, postage costs will be charged to the Buyer.
5.) This sale is final with no contingencies and is not subject to the buyer's ability to obtain financing.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Amonett's Eagle Auction & Realty, LLC harmless from any lawsuit based on users’ negligence or activities.
--Suspend bidding on any individual lot and/or all lots in any auction at any time.
--Extend the bidding ending date & time for any individual lot and/or all lots in any auction at any time.
-- International Bidders are required to place a "bid" deposit prior to bidding. If they are a winning bidder, the "bid" deposit will be applied towards the purchase price. If they are not a winning bidder, the "bid" deposit shall be refunded. The "bid" deposit shall be 20% of the maximum bid per lot. The "bid" deposit shall be submitted by wire transfer only.
