If you are the winning bidder on a property, you will receive an email at the end of the auction, from Kennedy Real Estate & Auction with instructions on how to proceed. Since there is blocking and grouping, it may temporarily say you might have won, but if the lot(s) are grouped or blocked together, then the lot(s) go with the block or group. When the bidding has reopened for said block or group, you may bid also for the block or group.
