The After Auction, Time Auction will begin to close after the conclusion of the Live Webcast AA#7. The first lot will close at 9:30pm ET. Lots will close every 30 seconds until all lots are offered and sold. Bidding resets to a certain time to prevent sniping.

Checkout Date/Time All high bidders will be invoiced and the credit cards on file will be charged for the total invoice balance immediately following the conclusion of the auction. If you will require shipping that is a separate charge. If you need to arrange another form of payment such as Paypal, Cash, or Wire; please contact us prior to the start of the auction. All invoices are expected to be paid in full immediately following the conclusion of the auction.

Welcome to the After Auction, Auction. There was way too much merchandise that came in and MUST be sold. These lots will be sold via an online only timed auction that will begin to close at 9:30pm after the webcast which starts at 7pm. This event will be held in conjunction with AA#7 Liquidation Auction. Immediately following the conclusion of the Live Webcast Auction; lots will begin to close in the After Auction, Auction. Timed Online Auction - Lot's Begin to Close at 9:30pm on Wednesday, August 21st. Lots will continue to close one by one every 30 seconds until each item is sold. Pick-ups will be Saturday & Sunday from 10am-3pm. Shipping is Available on all items. Freight costs are the responsibility of the bidder. There will be a $10 handling charge per invoice that requires shipping. 15% Buyer's Premium Merchandise ranges from new overstock, discontinued items, new with damaged packaging, and inspected customer returns (the items Amazon sells as "used but good" for a 10% discount.) All items sold as is, where is. Eouse Auctioneering has no desire to sell you broken merchandise. If an item has an issue; feel free to reach out and we will resolve it fairly and quickly. Please check the listings for any condition notations.
1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION regardless of when it is picked up. 2. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 3. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. if he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes". 4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. 5. Pick-up or shipping when available must be completed in each auction's designated window and time frame. If you are unable to pick-up in the alotted time you MUST contact us prior to the auction closing to make arrangements. If items are not picked up, a storage fee of $5 per day up to $50 per lot begins 24 hours after the last advertised pick-up time. After 10 days, if your item has still not been picked up and any applicable fees are not paid, your item will be deemed abandoned and resold with no refunds. 6. 15% BUYERS PREMIUM - In effect on all merchandise sold either online or in-person. A 15% buyer's premium fee will be added to the final bid price of all items. Please keep this fee in mind while bidding. 7. SHIPPING - On any item in which shipping is offered. The buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any associated packing expenses. Shipping is only available within the Continental U.S.A. Exact freight costs are unknown until we know what you won and the package dimensions/weight. Any estimate or quote given prior to the final cost is simply that, an estimate.

Payment Terms
All invoices are required to be paid in full immediately following the conclusion of the auction. A credit card authorization was required upon registering for this auction. The cards on file will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction for the full balance due plus buyer's premium and any applicable sales tax. If you would like to arrange another form of payment; please contact us prior to the start of the auction. If your card is declined for the full balance; a smaller deposit may be charged. Any invoices with outstanding balances are required to be settled in full. Please contact us if you believe there may be any delay in your payment processing.
Shipping is Available on Most Lots. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the high bidder including packing materials.There will be a $10 handling fee added to each order that requires shipping. Items will then be packed and measured to obtain the lowest possible shipping quote. Once approved, we will charge the card on file for the actual freight cost plus any packaging materials used. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships. Please contact us at darrien@eouseauctioneering.com to request shipping or simply reply to your emailed invoice. All orders will begin being packed over the weekend. Tracking information will be sent out as soon as it is assigned to your shipment. Pick-ups will be available 9am-2pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday following the auction. Please bring your own packing supplies and help to load your cars, trucks, or trailers.
