Seller reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate the high bid. Meaning, your bid is actually what you will pay (as opposed to a Max bid style where the computer bids "up to" your amount when others bid against you). - This auction will utilize a "soft close" - this means that if a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of the auction, an additional 2 minutes will be added to the auction. - In the case of a tie bid, precedence is given to the earliest bid. - All announcements made up to final close of the Auction bidding take precedence over all advertising, oral or printed material. - Property sells as-is with no warranties expressed or implied. - Matt Ramsey Auctions and Battle Creek Agency and their representatives are exclusive agents of the Seller.
