Shipping and Pick-up: Buyers are responsible for arranging their own pick-up. United Country Columbia Realty & Auction will facilitate all shipping. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. United Country Columbia Realty & Auction does not provide local delivery services.
For small items under 70 lbs., we will ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Buyer will be charged actual shipping and insurance charges up to $100 insurance. Additional insurance will be added to the shipping charges equal to the value of the item(s) packed. All items shipped must be insured for the full value of the item. United Country Columbia Realty & Auction accepts no responsibility for items damaged in shipping. To arrange shipping, contact Tammy Body at 931-388-3600 or email columbiarealty@unitedcountry.com within 24 hours of close of sale. Buyers will pay for shipping under separate invoice. Credit Card will be charged separately for shipping automatically.
Pick-up is available on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 20th and 21st, 2024 from 10:00am - 3:00pm (central) (Must bring a copy of the paid receipt). Any items not picked up on August 20th or 21st will need to contact Tammy Body at 931-388-3600 to schedule an appointment. All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during normal business hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $5.00/day storage fee plus a $25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchases not pick-up by 4:00pm on August 20th or 21st, 2024 will be forfeited, resold and NO REFUND will be awarded.
For pick-up, buyers will need to bring a copy of their paid receipt and all packing materials, tie-downs, and labor. United Country Columbia Realty & Auction cannot provide moving or loading labor. We do not provide any local delivery services.
