By placing a bid, bidder certifies that they have examined the items IN THE PHOTOS PROVIDED to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to examine the photos and purchase item anyway, no matter its condition. If damage is photographed and not notated in the description, or vice versa, it is still classified as DISCLOSED and there will be no refund issued for lack of disclosure.
