This will be our final tool sale for Jim Shald's Estate, we want to thank everyone who has attended all these past auctions and want to commend Jim for all his Hard Work and Countless Hours of Researching, Cleaning, Categorizing & Tagging each item & for Rosemary's patience! Also want to thank all bidders! "NOTE" Lots 354, 355, 356, 357, 358, 359, 360, 361 & 362 are located in Gretna NE we will arrange 2 days for pick up on Friday Aug 9th & Saturday August 10th from 10am to 12 noon NO EXCEPTIONS! For these items at the location given Buyers responsible for removable! There will be no help in loading available so bring you own help and equipment to load your items. If you cannot load or get these items picked up then please do not place a bid on them, thank you!
NOTE: This is an ONLINE ONLY timed auction through HiBid. Must be registered to bid! The highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the items. Auction will open for bidding Monday July 22nd & Close Saturday August 3rd. Closeing will begin with a "Soft Close" starting at 8:00am EST / 9:00am CST, bidding within the last minute before the closing of that item will extend the bidding time by an additional 30 seconds. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on that item at the last second in order to prevent others from advancing there bid. Preview is online or by appoitment only! Items can be picked up at the location given and must be removed within 6 days of auction by Saturday August 10th No Exceptions!. Pick up hours during the week and are by appointment only! Payment Terms
Auction Payment: A wire transfer will have an additional $15 transfer fee. Credit card must be charged through Globle Payments in advance prior to pick up. All remaining balances due at the close of auction by Saturday Swptember 30th at 6pm CST & will automatically be charged to the credit card on file with HiBid. Any invoice paid with credit card will be charged with an additional credit card convenience fee. If you are absolutely unable to make the checkout time due to inclement weather please call our office to make other arrangements for pickup. All items are subject to the Nebraska sales tax laws. If you do not receive an email within 24 hrs. of the close of the auction please notify us by calling our office at 402-663-5270. Some emails may be delivered to you your junk or spam folders.
