1. Online bidding starts July 12th and ends July 24th 2024 beginning at 7:00PM EST for the first lot using a soft close process every minute. Payment and Pickup will be made on location at 1069 Sun Valley Road, Irwin PA 15642 on Monday July 29th from 1:00PM to 6:00PM 4. There is a 13 % buyers premium for winning bids 5. Winning bids will receive an invoice after the close of the auction with the exact address for pickup or details for shipping. Payment is due at the time of pick up on Monday July 29th. Credit cards, cash and wire transfer are accepted. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 6. A 3% Fee will be charged for CC users. 5% for American Express. 7. Items totalling more than $100 will be insured and require signiture confirmation. Items to be shipped totalling more than $500 will also require payment by wire transfer or cashiers check. The Seller, or any of the Seller’s agents or employees, or HIT Auctions LLC or any of its agents or employees, shall not be liable to the Buyer or to Buyer’s agents, employees, contractors, or any other persons or entities acting on their behalf in connection with such removal of the Property, for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, of any kind or character to them arising either from the use of the property of the Seller pursuant to the License granted herein, or caused by any alleged defect or condition in any building, structure, equipment or facility, or any condition on the land of the Seller, any of which are alleged to be the cause of or contributing to the aforementioned loss, damage or personal injury or death. In addition, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller and HIT Auctions LLC and their respective agents, servants and employees of and from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expenses, personal injury or death of any person or persons arising out of, or relating to the removal of the above described Property.
