Description
First of all Sorry for the delay in the closing of the auction. The Hurricane had knocked out all power and internet. We were unable to close at that time for we would not be able to accomidate anyone. We have moved the auction to close on 7/16/2024 @ 7pm central. We also have another auction closinge 7/17/2024 @ 7pm which is 5 houses down from the office. You will be able to pick up at both locations same day. With this being said please be patient for we will have 2 sale pick up and lots of traffic. If you have any issues please reach out to us at 281-381-7542. Thank you all for your understanding and stay safe out there. Pick Up Dates: 7/19/2024 9am to 2pm 7/20/2024 9am to 2pm The closing and pick up dates for the Magnolia Down Size Online Auction Collectable / Antique & More will remain the same. Please note that the pick up dates for both auctions are the same dates. The pick up locations are in two different locations and are close to each other.

AUCTION CLOSING HAS BEEN MOVED TO 7/16/2024 DUE TO THE WEATHER HERE IN TEXAS PICK UP HAS BEEN MOVED OUT TO 7/19/2024 & 7/20/2024. All items are sold as is where is. This is an online auction only. Lots will start closing on Wednesday 7/16/2024 at 7pm Central Time Zone. If you have any questions about the items please ask before bidding. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium and tax will apply unless we have a proper tax form. All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file in HiBid at the time of registration. If your credit card is declined at the time of invoicing, there will be a $15 processing fee added to the invoice. Please make sure to contact us before the closing of the auction if you need to use another credit card or make other payment arrangements. Invoicing is processed on the night after auction closes or first thing the morning after auction closing. Pick up dates and times for this auction are as follows: Friday 7/19/2024 - 9am to 2pm Saturday 7/20/2024 - 9am to 2pm Any items not picked up will be forfeited and disposed of as seen fit unless we are contacted by the buyer. Shipping will be available if unable to pick up. If you do not pick up or do not want to have the item(s) shipped, the items will be forfeited and disposed of as seen fit. All items for out of state buyers will automatically be taken to our shipping department for processing. Shipping can take 5 to 7 working days to be completed and shipped out of the warehouse. A $5 per line handling fee will apply along with the shipping cost of items purchased. If you are unsure about an item being shipped, please inquire before bidding. There will be two separate charges made to your credit card. First charge will be for the items invoiced as soon as the auction has completed. Second charge will be for the shipping and handling. Please bring help to load any heavy items and any packing material needed for items that need packing. We will try to help as much as possible, but may be helping another buyer at that time. All sales are final and no refunds will be given.
