Preview Date/Time Preview will be available with no appointment necessary at: 3001 N 29th Dr., Suite 12, Phoenix Arizona 85017 You may preview all items Friday, July 19th between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Checkout Date/Time Checkouts will begin Saturday, July 20th at 2:00 PM. All winning lots will be charged to the card on file at the conclusion of the auction unless other arrangements have been made. If you are shipping the items, your card on file will also be charged for the shipping & handling charges unless other arrangements have been made.

This Auction will consist of NEW in-the-box overstock, packaging damaged, and some customer returns inventory from Amazon. Items will include mattresses, furniture, computers, lawn tools, ladders, home decor, toys, cleaning supplies, electronics, household goods, and other general merchandise. All items on our auction include a 3 day guarantee against misrepresentation from the date they are picked up. Bid accordingly and bid with confidence
Terms and Conditions By registering for this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Important Information for Bidders Whether you're a first-time bidder or a regular participant, here's some important information you should know about our auction. Payments Immediately after the auction closes, your payment method on file will be processed for any items you have won. This includes a 15% buyer's premium and state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. Cash buyers will receive an invoice with a balance due. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive an invoice. We offer the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction, you can choose the card to be charged for bidding. If you wish to pay cash, please notify us in advance to avoid charging your card. You can contact us at csphoenix@atxauctions.com or through the auctioneer function in any lot. Please note that misuse of the cash buyer payment option will lead to the loss of cash buyer privileges. For any failed payment cards, we will send an invoice that can be paid online or in person. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive an invoice. Pickups and Shipping Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete. Once the auction is finished and invoices are generated, you will receive an email and text message confirming your status as a winning bidder. This usually takes about one hour after the auction concludes. Pickup days are on Saturday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM the following week. Please note that we are closed on Sundays. We are also closed every other Saturday (non pickup days, Saturdays). Any items not picked up one week after closing will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of, unless alternate arrangements have been made. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items. We do not offer refunds if you require shipping*** Item Conditions We receive inventory from various sources, and our staff inspects each item to the best of their abilities. The second photo in the listing shows the item's condition. Please note that not all items can be visually inspected, but we test products for functionality when possible. Returns and Refunds We stand by our products and take responsibility for any errors or misrepresentations in our listings. If we make an error, we will replace the item or provide a refund. All items have a 3-day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. However, please ensure that you are bidding on the right size, color, shape, and model. Email/Text Communication We understand the annoyance of junk mail and spam texts. At ATX Auctions, we commit to sending only essential messages. You will receive text messages to remind you that the auction is closing in one hour and to notify you if you are a winner. Our emails are infrequent, with only two newsletters sent per year.
