AT 7 PM THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 15 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. IF A LOT RECEIVES A BID IN THE 1-MINUTE THAT IT IS CLOSING IT WILL EXTEND THE BIDDING ON THE LOT AN ADDTIONAL 1-MINUTE. *In the case of a tie bid the max bidder or first one to place the bid will be the winner. *ABSOLUTE AUCTION EVERYTHING SELLS WITH NO RESERVE. *The car title will be mailed to the winning bidder no later than 14-days after the conclusion of the auction. *Buyer is responsible for picking up there purchased items on the scheduled auction pick up day. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. *Auction Pick Up is 07/11/2024 from 3pm-6:30pm. * All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Buyer's premium rate charged. - 15% *IN SALES TAX - 7% will be added to the final sale price of all items unless bidder is tax exempt. *SALES TAX NOTICE: Exempt Bidders MUST make Auction Company aware of their Tax Exempt status & submit a copy of their valid Indiana sales tax certificate BEFORE the auction starts. NO EXCEPTIONS! *Sales Tax will not be refunded if we do not have a copy of your exempt certificate BEFORE the auction starts. * Payment types - Cash, Credit Card, Cashier Check or Good Personal Checks are accepted. *All items must be removed on the date listed for pick up. If items are not picked up by that time, they are forfeited and will become property of the auction company. *If you bid on items and your credit card declines, you do not communicate with us and don't show up for the pick up you will be BANNED from bidding on our auctions. There is ZERO TOLERANCE with this issue.
