The buyer has 48 hours to empty the unit after payment, considering the gate's operational hours. A $200.00 refundable cleaning deposit, plus fees and tax, will be added to your bid. This deposit is returned if the unit is left completely empty and broom-swept. Failure to comply will result in the loss of the entire $200 deposit. Items remaining will be considered abandoned.
